Ratnam Heights is the brainchild of respected Thiru. K. Sivaraj (late) Group of firms that boast over 3 decades of expertise in real estate sector. We, Ratnam Heights, bring our 25+ years of experience to your door to deliver your dream home on time. In 1997 we started with works contract and from 2000 onwards construction and development of Residential Projects, Factory constructions, warehouse, Fire Safety Buildings, and RCC Road works. We started multiple firms in the name of Shri Kamatchi constructions, Shri Kamatchi constructions LLP, Ratnam Heights LLP. Our, Partnership Firm started doing joint ventures and individual projects. We take pride in our highly qualified and trained labour workforce adhering to values like quality, professionalism and on-time service. Ratnam Heights has grown considerably over the years from works contract to a residential and commercial building developer. Over 70 projects stand as testimony for the same.

About the Directors
Mr. Manikandan Sivaraj
Manikandan Sivaraj son of K.Sivaraj is taking care of the business. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from SRM Easwari Engineering college and Master of Science in Industrial Planning and Management from The University of Texas at Tyler, USA. He has worked in USA for 4 years and gained a lot of knowledge in the Industrial, logistics and process improvement. He now intends to put down all the experience and knowledge gained into the business and reach new heights
Mrs. Akshitha Sivakumar
Mrs. Akshitha Sivakumar, wife of Manikandan Sivaraj is managing the finance and marketing. She introduced the ERP accounting system in place manages the finance. She has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from SRM Easwari Engineering college and Master of Science in Industrial Planning and Management from The University of Texas at Tyler, USA as well. And has worked in USA for 4 years and gained knowledge in the logistics and project management.
